Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using SaaSListing.co, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The Service

SaaSListing.co is a done-for-you directory submission service. We submit your SaaS, tool, or product to online directories on your behalf. We offer three modes:

  • Our List — we use our curated directory list
  • Bring Your Own List — you provide the list, we execute at $3/directory
  • Hybrid — your list + our curated additions

3. What We Commit To

  • Submitting to at least 80% of the directories in your package
  • Providing a complete tracking report with status for every submission
  • 30-day indexing check via Google Search Console
  • Honest, clear communication on timelines

4. What You Agree To

  • Provide accurate product information
  • Own the rights to the product being submitted
  • Not submit anything illegal, harmful, or in violation of directory terms
  • Pay upfront before work begins

Refund Policy

We're confident in our work, and we want you to be confident too. Here's exactly when you get a refund:

Full Refund — Before Work Starts

If you haven't approved your list yet (for BYO/Hybrid) or we haven't submitted to a single directory, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of payment.

Full Refund — BYO List Vetting Fails

For Bring Your Own List orders, if more than 50% of directories you provide fail our vetting (dead, spam, or inaccessible), we refund 100% before starting any submission work.

Pro-Rated Refund — Incomplete Submissions

If we fail to submit to at least 80% of the directories you paid for, you get a pro-rated refund for the shortfall. For example: you paid for 100 directories, we submitted to 70, you get a refund for 30 × your per-directory rate.

No Refund — Submission Success, Rejection by Directory

If we successfully submit to a directory but they reject your listing (editorial standards, category mismatch, etc.), that submission counts as fulfilled. Directory approval is outside our control, but we optimize every listing for highest approval odds.

No Refund — Indexing Not Guaranteed

We do not guarantee Google indexing. Industry average is 24–27%. We provide an indexing report so you know which submissions Google picked up, but indexing rates vary by domain.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@saaslisting.co with your order ID and reason. We respond within 24 business hours. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

03 · Privacy

Privacy Policy

What We Collect

  • Your name, email, and payment info (via Stripe — we never store card numbers)
  • Your product's public information (name, URL, description)
  • Basic site analytics (visits, referrers — via privacy-first tools)

What We Don't Collect

  • Personal data beyond what's needed to deliver the service
  • Your customer data, user lists, or internal metrics
  • Anything we aren't transparent about

How We Use It

  • To deliver your directory submissions
  • To send order updates and reports
  • To follow up after delivery about your experience

Never sold to third parties. Period.

04 · Data

Data Handling

  • All customer data is stored encrypted at rest
  • Stripe handles all payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
  • We retain order data for 3 years for accounting and support purposes
  • Delete request: email us and we purge your data within 30 days

Service Delivery

Turnaround Times

  • Starter (30 dirs): 5–7 business days
  • Growth (75 dirs): 7–10 business days
  • Pro (150+ dirs): 10–14 business days
  • BYO List: Varies by list size, quoted before work begins
  • 3-Day Expedited add-on: 3 business days guaranteed

What Counts as a "Submission"

A submission is counted when we fill out the directory's submission form with your product info, complete any required fields, and receive acknowledgment from the directory (confirmation page, email, or listing ID). If a directory's form is broken or permanently offline, we replace it with another directory of equal quality.

06 · Use

Acceptable Use

We won't submit products that:

  • Promote illegal activities, hate speech, or violence
  • Violate intellectual property (pirated software, scraped content)
  • Are scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive by design
  • Are NSFW or adult content (directories reject these anyway)

We reserve the right to refuse service and refund you if your product falls in these categories. We'll always tell you why.

07 · Disputes

Dispute Resolution

If something goes wrong, email us first: hello@saaslisting.co. We resolve 99% of issues within 48 hours through direct conversation.

For legal disputes that can't be resolved informally, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes will be handled through binding arbitration.
